Bailey Reichelt is a founding member and partner at Aegis Space Law, a U.S. based firm, where she specializes in international trade law and space industry regulations, including ITAR, EAR, OFAC, U.S. launch regulations, and nuclear space policy. She is also a Board Member and founding team member of the Association of Commercial Space Professionals (ACSP) and serves as President and lead instructor of the Export Compliance Training Institute. Bailey holds a J.D. with a concentration in Air and Space Law. Outside of work, Bailey lives in North Carolina with her husband, daughter, and a lively collection of pets. Though she has many hobbies—and admits she struggles to settle on just one—she most enjoys meeting new people and learning new things.
