Bart leads Starburst Texas to build its aerospace, defense and space startup communities in the San Antonio to Austin corridor. He is a partner with ATP, an early-stage venture capital firm investing in deep tech startups tackling humanity's toughest challenges. Bart teaches Entrepreneurial Finance at The University of Texas at Austin and he is part of the new Texas Futures Coalition.
