Cyrus C. Miryekta
CEO | Ravelin US
Cyrus Miryekta is a counterintelligence professional focused on Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) risks affecting the U.S. space and dual-use technology ecosystem. A former U.S. Army paratrooper who served in Fallujah (2003-2004), he later spent nearly a decade conducting counterintelligence work for the Air Force Office of Special Investigations in Silicon Valley, helping protect emerging technologies from foreign exploitation. Miryekta was a plank holder at the Defense Innovation Unit (then DIUx), where he helped establish the counterintelligence and FOCI due diligence frameworks used across DIU, AFWERX, and SpaceWERX to vet companies entering the national security innovation base. He is now with Ravelin US, supporting companies across the American space sector—from established leaders to pre-seed innovators—by identifying and disrupting threats across supply chains, partnerships, and investment ecosystems. He has briefed the White House and Congress on emerging threats to the United States’ strategic technology advantage.
