Kaitlynn Glover serves as the Executive Director of the Public Lands Council and Government affairs for the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association. Before joining NCBA and PLC in 2020, she served as a policy advisor for Senator John Barrasso (R-WY). Prior to her Senate role, Glover spent several years working with Teagasc, the agriculture semi-state authority in Ireland. During that time, she received a Masters of Agriscience in Innovation Support from University College Dublin in Dublin, Ireland. Originally from Wyoming, Glover has a diverse background in environmental, tribal, and agricultural policy.
