Mario Maggio is the founder and CEO of Ambrosia Space. He previously built flight hardware the IM-1 Lunar Lander, at Intuitive Machines and developed life support systems for next-generation spacecraft and spacesuits at Paragon and Axiom Space, respectively. He earned his MS in Bioastronautics from the University of Colorado Boulder and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Alabama. Ambrosia Space is developing scalable biomanufacturing systems for space. Ambrosia Space is building this technology to make better biologic pharmaceuticals at scale in-space to use on Earth and to enable Lunar and Martian settlers to produce food, medicine, and more.
